Frequently Asked Questions
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Do you need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! If you are within 50 miles of us, we will gladly bring you your unit.
Do you offer trailer rentals with drop-off in another state?
At this time, we do not offer one-way or out-of-state drop-offs. All trailers must be returned to the original pick-up location. We currently do not have the support in place for cross-state returns.
